A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Manager based in Lytham, St Annes to oversee the management of a domiciliary home care service for Adults with Learning disabilities and complex needs.

You will be joining an established organisation, one that provides support to Adults and Children with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Physical Disabilities within supported living, extensive support services and home care services. Joining the company at an exciting time of growth and expansion, which could lead to future development and opportunities.

As Service Manager you will effectively manage the high quality person centred service for Adults with Learning Disabilities. Your duties will include working alongside the strategic management team to establish, lead and develop support staff, managing recruitment and selection of staff, staff probation, supervision and performance management and ensure the service works within the Health and Safety Act and Regulations and Care Act and Regulations. This role requires on call duties.

We are looking for a professional, trustworthy and proactive leader with the ability to work on own initiative, pritorise workloads and work well under pressure.

The successful candidate will hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management or equivalent, two years experience managing a similar domiciliary service and must hold a Full UK Driving License.

This is a full time position with a exciting salary of £26,883 plus excellent benefits.
