Care Coordinator

A new opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and passionate Care Co-Ordinator, working for a organisation that provides support to Adults and Children with Learning disabilities.

You will be joining an established organisation, one that provides support to Adults and Children with Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Physical Disabilities within supported living, extensive support services and home care services. Joining the company at an exciting time of growth and expansion, which could lead to future development and opportunities.

As Care Coordinator you will work within the domiciliary home care service, providing support to the Service Manager, managing rotas ensuring the service is fully staffed and annual leave requests from staff, completing audits and care plans. Part of this role includes 10 hours of working directly with the people they support providing person centred care.

You will be a self-motivated and confident individual who is able to manage rotas, working with attention to detail and have excellent communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team and using your own initiative.

You will hold a minimum of a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, hold a full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle and have a passion of wanting to work with vulnerable people.

This a full time position with a excellent starting salary of £19,926 plus excellent benefits and professional development.
