Are you immediately available for work in the Bridgend area and can commit to a 6 month Fixed Term HR contract until the end of March 2019?
Do you have previous HR experience within the NHS or public sector at a band 5 or band 6 level to provide backfill for a member of staff who is acting up into a Band 7 HR manager post?
We are currently looking for suitably skilled HR candidates for an immediate start based in Bridgend but driving will be essential as the postholder will be required to travel across the Health Board sites which span from Swansea to Cardiff
The successful candidates will be strong HR generalists and in the main, these roles will be to support sickness absence management and casework (grievances, disciplinaries, dignity at work complaints etc). There is also a large TUPE transfer within the Health Board taking place during this period so previous TUPE knowledge and experience will also be advantageous.
