Regional Manager

Role: Regional Supervisor

Salary: Up to GBP25,000

Location: To be based (ideally Northampton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Reading, Basingstoke, Swindon and surrounding areas)

Becoming a Regional Supervisor

Are you an experienced line manager with field based experience and strong customer services background? Come and join our sociable team and show us your exceptional skills.

What you will do:

• To provide HR support for all team members within your region including; sickness/absence reporting, annual leave, performance management, appraisals, disciplinaries etc.
• To ensure all team members have the necessary training to be able to perform within their role.
• Carry out regular visits to team members.
• Leading and motivating your team to deliver a great customer experience.
• To assist with Attendant/Marshalling duties as required by the business.
• Maintaining an up to date knowledge of the relevant regulations, codes of practice and adhering to these at all times.

Your skills and experience will include:

• Previous experience of managing a team
• Filed based experience.
• Customer service experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driving license.
