PURPOSE SUMMARY:

The Marketing Executive provides support to the Marketing Communications and Commercial Services Manager, in particular in the areas of campaign development and implementation, dealer incentives and CRM.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  1. Manage review and approval of advertising and marketing materials, ensuring that they comply with the legal finance requirements as laid out by the Financial Conduct Authority and the Consumer Credit Act.

  2. Responsible for recording all evidence of advertising material sign off and file accordingly to meet with regulations set out for auditing purposes. Ensure this is implemented and maintained for regular review.

  3. Manage incoming communications to Marketing and Finance Promotion Inboxes -ensure all communications are responded to in a timely manner in accordance to deadlines, file appropriately and distribute information to relevant parties.

  4. Manage and maintain the Point of Sale web portal - maintain content, quarterly reporting and stock level check.

  5. Support Field Sales Team with all enquiries or queries in relation to the Point of Sale web portal.

  6. Lead creative brief and development of all marketing materials to include, but not exclusive to quarterly campaigns, brand materials and third party supplier materials.Implementation of all Internal marketing communications through eLink.

    1. Manage Marketing and Sales team content on company Intranet.

    2. Maintain and develop content for finance pages within brand websites.

    3. Support Legal Adviser in implantation and planning of advertising training programme and create and develop relevant materials in conjunction.

    4. Responsibility for maintaining team budget process - update and maintain budget tracker, raise Purchase Orders and manage progress, process invoices and act as point of contact for all third party suppliers, manage and file all third party contracts in accordance with GDPR, monthly reporting for Line Manager.

    5. Assist Line Manager with Internal Control requirements, including ensuring procedures are up to date, that controls are performed when due and that results are entered into the online tool.

    6. Oversee all tenders for external providers as and when required.

    7. Maintain company profile on Linkedin network.

    8. Event and meeting planning and implementation when required.

    9. Support on digital and innovation projects.

    10. Such other duties as the management may from time to time reasonably require.

    KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS:

    Graduate calibre ideal but not essential.
    Ideally experience in a marketing role within the automotive finance industry. Computer literate - all MS applications specifically strong Excel and PowerPoint skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organisational skills. Ability to present effectively and manage relationships at a senior level.
    Good project / time management skills.
    Full, valid UK driving licence.
