They take pure and clean ingredients including milk, whey and grains, and using their expert knowledge and capabilities they produce high-quality nutritional ingredients and branded consumer products for their customers and consumers worldwide.

They are now seeking to recruit a Production Shift Manager at their manufacturing plant in Middlesbrough.

As Production Shift Manager you will be responsible for managing all resources within a safe & healthy environment and delivering both short and long term production targets.

Driving high standards of health, safety, welfare & quality through the consistent delivery of housekeeping, hygiene, process control & training requirements, you will act as a champion for World Class manufacturing. Embedding a culture of continuous improvement throughout your team, you will beat the cost of goods targets by providing strong and consistent leadership.

They’re looking for someone with previous experience in a similar role in the food industry. Ideally you will hold a relevant degree, together with advanced Food Hygiene and Health & Safety and HACCP Certification. Computer literate, especially in Excel, Word and Outlook, and with excellent verbal and written communication, you will strive for the highest possible standards of quality and possess strong time management and organisational skills.

Those who have experience using SAP are highly desirable.
