Education Service Advisor

Do you have great customer service skills and can you pick up systems quickly? Are you looking for an exciting new opportunity?
We are currently working with an organisation based in the centre of Oxford who is looking for an Education Service Advisor to join them.

The role is to be the first point of contact to all customers through email or over the telephone. Within this position you will also be tasked with processing applications, taking payments and sending out acknowledgements as well as updating databases with customer`s interactions and transactions.

To be considered for this fantastic opportunity you need to have excellent customer service skills both verbal and written and good attention to detail. Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads and work to tight deadlines are essential. Experience of working with Exam boards or within an Educational environment would be an advantage.

This is a 3 month fixed term contract paying £13 per hour.
