Hunter Global are currently recruiting for a Weekly Paid Chick Placement Operative to operate within our clients Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Broiler Division to work at various locations.
This is a permanent position, working an average of 48 hours per week. Applicants must have a flexible approach to days on/ days off due to business demand, days worked per week will be over 6 out of 7.
The job will include the following duties -
* Assisting with the placement of day old chicks
* Maintaining high standards of quality and bio-security
* Respecting and assisting in bird welfare tasks alongside general cleaning and maintenance of farms.
Person Specification -
* All applicants must have a full UK driving license with a minimum of 1 years driving experience
* Flexible in regard to days and hours working
* Reliable and have the ability to work well as part of a team whilst equally being able to work with minimal supervision using initiative.
* Previous experience of working on a poultry farm would be advantageous however not essential as full training will be given.
