Key Responsibilities:
Key responsibilities are all aligned to our contracts for delivery of various programmes.
* To ensure all aspects of the learner journey, including induction, learner satisfaction, learner progression and learner completion are completed in a timely manner and to the highest standard;
* To manage tutors, providing information advice and guidance on the delivery of programmes that they are responsible for;
* Support tutors in action planning and with employer visits to ensure programme delivery is to the highest standard and employer and learner satisfaction is good / excellent;
* Manage case loads and recommend resource requirements to SMT;
* Provide accurate data to SMT on learner progress and recommend actions for improvements where necessary;
* To recruit new staff, ensuring that their competencies match the requirement of the role;
* To ensure that compliance and assessment paperwork is completed to the highest possible standard meeting all requirements of the partner organisation/regulatory body requirements;
* To improve teaching and learning through rigorous performance management and appropriate professional development in conjunction with the Head of Quality;
* To successfully plan, establish and manage the curriculum and learning programmes to meet the needs and interests of learners, employers and the local and national community;
* To activity promote equality and diversity, tackle bullying and discrimination, and narrow the achievement gap;
* To oversee the Health and Safety of the organisation, working closely with other teams and our consultant;
* To review and recommend changes to our policies and procedures to aid in improved quality of provision;
* Oversee Safeguarding and Prevent ensuring learners are safe and wellbeing is monitored;
* Ensure that the organisations values are upheld through consistent and appropriate behaviours;
* Attend appropriate business networking meetings to assist in the continuous improvement of the organisation
