Multi-skilled Maintenance Engineer with electrical bias job in Belper. Double day shifts + overtime.

They are now seeking to add to their maintenance team an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer.
Your new role
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager and working as a member of the maintenance team, you will provide multi skilled engineering and maintenance cover across the facility. Your duties will include the completion of all routine maintenance in line with the agreed site plan; repairing and maintenance of the plant and its equipment, to ensure faults are identified quickly and production down time is minimised.Your work will be a mixture of PPM and dealing with unexpected breakdowns and you will be required to do accurate recording of all work undertaken for compliance and audit purposes. You will also need to ensure all your duties are undertaken in line with current health & safety legislation.
What you'll need to succeed
You are an experienced Multi skilled engineer with an electrical bias and relevant qualifications. You have a proven track record of providing effective, quality maintenance of plant and equipment within a fast-paced production environment. You are conversant with PLC's and knowledge of robots would be desirable. If possible, you have experience with a CMM reporting system. You have a proactive and can-do attitude and a flexible approach to working hours.
