Are you an Architectural Technologist currently looking for new opportunities? Conrad Consulting are working with a small but ambitious Architectural firm that require an Architectural Technologist to join their talented and diverse team.
Clients range from private sector blue chip companies to the public services, and projects include domestic extensions, multi-million pound corporate projects and the adaptation of a listed buildings.
Requirements of the Architectural Technologist:
*Hold a relevant technical qualification: Degree, HNC/HND, etc.
*Professional Membership of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and be working or prepared to work towards Chartered status is desired
*Experience in measured building surveys
*Experience of preparing detailed construction drawings
*An understanding of planning and building regulations
*Good time management and self-organisation.
This practice would also consider a talented an experienced Architectural Assistant.
The Directors within this practice are proud to have a 'hands on' approach to projects of all sizes, and regular one to ones and reviews take place to ensure all employees are working to the best of their ability and are satisfied in their work. You will be also be provided with ongoing support and development to enable you to progress through to more senior levels within the office.
Salary offered is between GBP20,000 to GBP35,000 depending on experience.
The office is commutable from: Preston, Blackburn, Burnley and several other Lancashire towns.
