THE ROLE
This role will predominantly work on in-house IT projects. The job involves a mix of web / software development and application support. As the Developer you will be involved in all stages of the project development lifecycle from analysis and design to coding and testing.
THE CANDIDATE
As the Developer you will have relevant experience in front end technologies (HTML / CSS / JavaScript / React) and ideally exposure to backend API's and database systems (REST / GraphQL / Microsoft SQL Server). You'll have good analysis and diagnostic abilities coupled with an understanding of the full software development lifecycle. The Developer needs strong all round coding/testing skills and be comfortable working to deadlines.
You'll need to be a problem solver, with a solution focus and exceptional communication skills. Attention to detail will come naturally to you and you'll be flexible in your approach; taking into consideration other opinions, changes in the environments or developments in the project. When working on wider projects it is essential that you can work both collaboratively and autonomously where required.
