Group HR Manager
* Monday to Friday, full-time hours.

We have a vacant position for a Group HR Manager to join the senior management team. Key requirements for Group HR Manager
* HR experience within the Hospitality or Retail industry.
* Flexibility to travel UK wide with at least 1 to 2 nights away per week.
* A self-starter who can manage a busy schedule and diary arrangements.
* Ideally Midlands based, to centrally commute to locations in Scotland to London.
* Coaching and developing a team of HR professionals and Senior Managers.
Key skills for Group HR Manager
* Broad generalist HR experience able to juggle multiple priorities.
* Advising managers in relation to informal and formal scenarios related to HR whilst applying employment law, ACAS code and the Company's policies and procedures. Full oversight and coordination of HR relations activities such as grievances, disciplinaries, family friendly circumstances etc.
* Line management of 3 direct reports
* Lead on any TUPE or integration processes across the business
