As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing overall support to the class teacher and SENCO in and outside of classes. This is a 1:1 support role therefore you will work closely with a select few individuals over the duration of their academic journey. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will be responsible for their academic, social and emotional development and will need to create targets based on individual development. For a recent Psychology Graduate, this Learning Support Assistant position will provide you with the opportunity apply practical experience to the theoretical content gained through your degree.

This friendly and nurturing primary is in Medway, Kent. On-site parking is available to all staff and the school is close to the local train and bus station. The school offers an inclusive education to all pupils, where every student is expected to make progress, no matter their ability level.

The hired Learning Support Assistant will be a caring, approachable and resilient graduate with a minimum of a 2.1 in their degree.
