My Public Sector Client is looking for an Executive Secretary / PA for a temporary assignment based in central Birmingham. The role is paying £8 and then £12 in the 13th working week. This role would be full time, from Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.
You must be an experienced, motivated and professional PA who will be able to provide high-level diverse secretarial and administrative duties for the regional director. The successful candidate must exercise independent judgement and discretion in performing tasks. You must have proven experience in diary management on Microsoft Outlook and be able to arrange meetings, accommodation and travel.
Your role will require you to be able to communicate effectively and deal confidently with all levels of the organisation as well as internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis. Your skill set should include a good understanding of all Microsoft packages and also have a typing speed of at least 60 WPM.
