Our client is recruiting on behalf of a leading provider of building consultancy and testing services based in the heart of Bristol. They are now looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly and ambitious team.
The Role
As an Office Administrator, you will perform a range of tasks to support the smooth running of the business.
Your duties will involve:
- Answering telephone queries
- Booking in small testing projects onto the calendar system
- Organising hotel and travel arrangements
- Carrying out a range of PA tasks
- Entering data onto financial systems
- Assisting with marketing
- Preparing basic reports in MS Excel and Word
About You
To be considered as an Office Administrator, you’ll need:
- A great eye for detail
- Strong communication skills
- A highly organised approach
It would be great if you had previous office administration experience, but this isn’t essential, as our client is eager to hear from candidates with varying levels of experience.
