I am currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join this professional and friendly law firm based in the centre of Leeds, working as part of the operations team, the purpose of this role is to provide support directly to the management team and to the wider firm. The successful applicant will have experience of working within a HR Administration role previously, you will have excellent communication and organisational skills along with the ability to work as part of a busy team.

Duties will include:

Maintenance of staff database
Diary management and arranging meetings
Typing from digital dictation
Arranging travel and accommodation
Liaising with suppliers
Attending meetings and producing minutes
Implement and ensure compliance with the firm's policies and procedures
Ensure confidentiality is respected and maintained at all times

Experience required:

Previous experience of working within a support role
Strong Microsoft skills
Outstanding organisation skills
Experience of working in an HR environment
The ability to communicate at all levels
Identify and proactively resolve possible issues
Can operate flexibly and as part of a team
Display a professional approach at all times
Respect confidentiality at all times
The ability to work well under pressure
