Contract is 18 months.

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit an Executive Assistant. This is a contract role based in London Paddington for 18 months.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: £42,300 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits

Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
As an Executive Assistant you will be responsible for overall effectiveness of VP's time. This will include complex calendar management; managing full logistics for all internal/external meetings and ensuring all supporting information are supplied to the VP in a timely manner. You will need to be able to prioritise all incoming requests to the VP through your administrative knowledge and have proactive management of all communications ensuring business focus and high level of customer/partner experience is delivered. You will have experience in delivering high quality and timely responses to emails and other requests regarding the VP, as well as being able to assist with internal/external profile of Corporate Executive visits and external customers to the company.

As EA to the VP you will project manage and organise full logistics for departmental activities such as sourcing venues for Exec Team Building and content delivery, Kick-Offs, Christmas Parties etc. You will be participating as a highly trusted and involved member of the VP's Leadership Team with responsibility for all Business Rhythm meetings, in conjunction with the UK VP's Business Manager, including agenda creation, minute taking, action follow up, sourcing information and applying pro-activity, initiative, discretion and confidentiality to all tasks.

Alongside the above mentioned, it is pertinent that you are able to arrange complex international travel arrangements on behalf of the VP & UK Sales Lead; prepare expense reports on behalf of the VP & UK Sales Lead in a timely manner; take ownership of internal processes, creating Purchase Orders, tracking invoices, ordering Hardware/ Software/ Procurement; and be able to update and monitor Org Charts, team aliases, SharePoint sites.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will be:
" Senior level Executive Assistant experience
" Advanced Outlook & MS Office skills
" Experience working across time zones
" High attention to detail & proactive problem solving skills
" Exceptional planning, organisational & multi-tasking skills
" Excellent interpersonal skills

The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
" Effective in collating information and decision making tenacity
" Positive outlook under all circumstances
" Active team player
" Ability to take effective action without always having the total picture.
" High level of specialised job knowledge and familiarity of Board level operations.
" Ability to modify approach to reach goal/deadline and adapt to changing circumstances.
" Degree-qualified, or equivalent, in business studies, administration or communications (advantageous but is not essential).
