Basic salary of up to £33,000, opportunity to earn with OTE up to £38,000.

They have exciting opportunities for experienced B2B Sales - Business Development Managers to join the family.
You will be engaging with businesses within the Midlands, therefore, a full driving licence and access to a car is essential.
The Role
You will take a consultative approach, listening to what their levy paying employers need to enable them to increase employee engagement by supporting them to develop their workforce, help them devise effective training and recruitment plans and how best to manage their Apprenticeship Levy.
You will be able to engage with the SME employer market, where you will be able to work with them to utilise the co-funded model in order to grow and up-skill their current workforce.
You will be a brand ambassador, passionate about who they are and what they do, promoting their recruitment, training and development solutions through engaging and securing new businesses. You will generate new leads and opportunities and know how to maintain and nurture long sales cycles through the use of intelligent communication.
The Individual
You will have proven B2B field sales experience, be self motivated and comfortable working within a target driven environment. You will be a great listener, matching your approach to employer's requirements and values, and able to understand what our clients need.
Able to use your consultative sales approach to secure new employer clients, you have proven ability to utilise a variety of business development lead generation approaches, from cold calling to presenting to a room of business owners, able to tailor your approach for different audiences. You will be able to build authentic and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
You don't need to have in-depth knowledge of the training industry, apprenticeship delivery or the Apprenticeship Levy as full training will be provided.
