An exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Installation / Quotation engineer to join a dynamic forward thinking company based in Rushden, Northants and specialising in Industrial sites.

Role
As an Electrical Installation and Quotation Engineer your primary role will be to visit customer sites, to meet with customers and carry out surveys, produce quotes and work instructions. Additionally, when required, you will be required to provide on-site installation, maintenance and EICR Reports. There may be times when you will be working away from home.
You will be able to work both on your own and as part of a team. With the ability to survey / install MCB and MCCB board, large supplies, lighting surveys and inspections, work at height and fault find. You will also be involved with working on machine control system - e.stops, panels, motors etc.
This is a role for someone who likes to do more that just contract type work.
Primary Duties:
- To carry out site surveys and produce quotes
- To produce work instructions.
- To undertake site installation work.
- On- site maintenance and inspection
- Solution Finding
- To ensure work complies with current regulations.
Skills Required
- 17th Edition is essential
- IPAF advantageous
- ECS Card advantageous
- 2391 Test & Inspection
- NVQ Level 3 / AM2 or equivalent
- Previous experience within a similar role working in an industrial environment.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
