What does the role involve? 
  
As an Aviation Security Officer, you will support the delivery of the Transport National Aviation Security Programme (NASP) at a site in Broughton.
 
Reporting to the Aviation Security Supervisor, you will:
  
- Ensure that access perimeter patrols are carried out
- Record all visitors to the site
- Assist with passenger screening processes
- Inspect accommodation, vehicles and equipment and record any deficiencies  

What do I need? 
  
To be considered as an Aviation Security Officer, you will need: 
  
- Prior experience as a security officer 
- To have or to be working towards acquiring a valid SIA licence 
- A first aid qualification 
- To have a five year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment, self-employment or full and part-time education during that period 
- A full valid driving licence (own transport is desirable) 
- Excellent customer service skills 
- To be willing and able to work shifts covering days, nights and weekends 
  
Please note, this is a full time role, working 42 hours per week.
