Sales Progressor

A Sales Progressor is required to join an award-winning business sales agent, selling small businesses throughout the UK from their offices in Bolton. The successful candidate will join their current team of two other Sales Progressors.

They are looking for a committed, energetic, customer focused Sales Progressor, to manage a portfolio of small business that have agreed a sale and is progressing through conveyancing stages to legal completion.

Main duties will include contacting buyers and sellers, landlords, solicitors and lenders ensuring that the sale is moving along on track and dealing with any problems that's may occur. At all stages keeping their client up to date with their sale is essential and a dedication to customer service must be demonstrated.

Previous experience of Sales Negotiation / Sales Progression / Conveyancing is essential. A good understanding of computers and software packages is essential along with strong communication and written English skills.

An ability to meet and exceed targets is essential. In return, the candidate will be offered a competitive package of £18,000, with an uncapped bonus structure, realistic average earnings of circa £25,000.
