Central Communications Assistant
I am working with a rapidly expanding financial services organisation based in Canary Wharf who is looking for a Central Communications Assistant to join their team!
We need someone like you, a second jobber who is a recent graduate with Strong communication skills and some experience in the field! The successful applicant will be strong headed, have a strong sense of purpose, be a self starter and have initiative!
This role will allow the opportunity from the organisation to support the right candidate in their learning and development in Central Communications. This role is mainly focusing on internal communications, the rebuilding of intranet services and other forthcoming projects.
" Managing the Internal Communications email inbox and responding
" Supporting the delivery of all-staff events and internal workshops
" Monthly, weekly and daily updating of Pigeonhole content
" Participation and note-taking in weekly team meetings
" Supporting team members in the editing and designing of internal communications (including digital, posters, desk drops)
" Encouraging cross-departmental working by supporting the roll out of social activities
" Ensuring that purchase orders are fulfilled on time and accurately
" Supporting team members on projects as required
