I am presently looking to recruit an experienced Shift Supervisor for my prestigious client based in Northampton
All applicants will need to able to demonstrate the following
Experience at a similair role
Ability to manage and develop a team
Ensuring the daily targets are met
Health & Safety compliance
Willing to work 4 on 4 off , on 12 hours shifts on days
This role is based in a warehouse environment and working on a start up operation
