Telesales Executive - GBP15-20k basic + commission

Telesales Executive / Telemarketing / Sales Executive / B2B / Business Development Telesales Executive with proven outbound sales experience is needed by leading telecommunications and I.T company based in Swinton, Manchester.

Your role will be to assist the current sales team on furthering our clients status as a leading telecoms provider. As a key member, your role will focus on the canvassing new clients and the current database, following up on sector targeted mailshots - to identify new business opportunities

Required Skills:
-Proven Outbound telesales experience.
-Previous experience of working within a small business environment is preferred.

This roll is new business generation and all candidates must be able to demonstrate previous success in being able to generate sales targets leads in a target based environment and also show previous successes in progressing tele-sales leads to confirmed appointments.

Excellent starting basic package (to be reviewed after completion of initial 6 month employment period).
-Up to 20% commission paid from the net commissions generated
-Commission paid on every qualified appointment generated.
-Up to 10% commission paid on repeat transactions commissions.

Hours of work:
Full Time 9am - 5pm (35 hours after lunch breaks)
Holidays - 20 days plus bank holidays + 1 day awarded for every completed year of service.

Salary:
GBP15,000.00 to 20,000 basic +Commission.
GBP30,000 OTE Year 1.
GBP40,000 OTE Year 2.
