Digital Creative Artworker
Gillingham, Dorset
Full Time: 35 Hours - Permanent
Salary GBP31,000 - GBP35,000
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Creative Artworker to join an award-winning ethical retailer (a natural and organic health & beauty brand). A global pioneer with over 300 outlets in 22 countries, and growing year on year.
The successful candidate will have demonstratable experience within the design industry and exceptional knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, graphic design. This is a great opportunity for the right person.
The position is based from purpose built modern offices set within acres of beautiful natural surroundings.
What you will do:
•Produce artwork for a variety of print and online material.
•Supply finished artwork against an agreed brief within specified time frames.
•Ensure consistency, accuracy, legibility and graphic treatment across all artwork.
•Responsible for creating accurate, print-ready artwork for packaging, editorial, direct marketing, marketing POS and online material.
•Use problem solving skills to present solutions to challenging projects.
Person Specification:
•Demonstratable experience within the design industry.
•Exceptional knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
•Digital experience would be highly desirable.
•Good knowledge of FMCG and packaging essential.
•A portfolio that demonstrates packaging, catalogue, digital and editorial samples.
•Fully familiar with all aspects of artwork production and good knowledge of the print production process.
•An excellent eye for detail and colour, and a passion for creating accurate artwork under tight deadlines.
•A team player who enjoys working within a close-knit creative environment.
