Chef de Partie
Hours of work:
It is a 5 day week Wednesday through to Sunday ,the restauraunt is closed for busdiness Monday and Tuesday -Working days are as follows from Wednesday to Sunday lunch (split shift)working hours from 10.00 am to 2.30 and 5.30 to 10.30 - Wednesday/Saturday and Sunday from 10:30am till 7pm (aprox 45-48hours a week)

We are currently looking for a Chef de Partie to join our quality modern European restaurant .
The Job Role:
* Keep your section tidy and organised
* Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
* Helping to develop new dishes and menu
* Take care of daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the standard and the quality set by the restaurant
* Full awareness of all menu items ,their recipes, methods of production and presentation standards
* Personally responsible for hygiene safety and correct use of equipment and utensils
Candidate Requirements:

Able to work under the pressure.

Excellent communication and people skills

Own transport required
