Personal Trainer

This company is searching for a passionate and enthusiastic individual wishing to join their small team of Personal Trainers. They require self-motivated, enthusiastic trainers who aspire to deliver great training and inspire their clients to achieve excellent results.

This company works very differently than other gyms around. They have created a unique gym in which every session is goal orientated, motivational, enjoyable and sociable. Each session is delivered by a fully qualified personal trainer who motivates members and focuses on each individuals goals.

The trainer pushes clients maximizing every minute that they are working out. This concept ensures their members receive a personal feel whilst benefiting from the group "buzz" which makes their gym unique! The workout is kept at a high intensity through using innovative heart rate monitors to target key training zones.

The Role:
This exciting role will involve:
- Personal training clients in a small group environment that is fast paced, enjoyable and results driven.
- Nutrition advice, offering ongoing advise to clients and giving feedback to food diaries.
- Health assessments, completing regular health assessments to clients and goal setting, including weight, body fat analysis, waist measurements, lung capacity etc.
- Prospecting and Membership Sales. Selling gym memberships with the potential of earning commission.
- General club admin.

Qualifications:
- You will require a Level 3 REP's Personal Training qualification, no previous experience within a gym needed- in-house training will be provided for all aspects of the job role.
- First Aid Qualification

As well as a set hourly pay you also have the opportunity to earn bonuses and commission from membership sales.
