Job Title: Customer Service Advisor
Pay Rate: £8 per hour
Location: Milton Park
Hours: Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00
We have an exciting new opportunity for a Customer Service orientated person to join a health care provider company based in Milton Park. This is a Temporary position, suitable for someone who is looking for that next challenge!
The main responsibilities include
- Dealing with various customers over the phone ranging from carers, family members, prescribers and service users.
- Entering all orders on the internal system and liaising with the customers in a timely manner to arrange delivery and collection of items
- Dealing with customer queries/complaints
- Processing orders/returns
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 17:00pm with an hourly pay of £8.
