HR Administrator - 9 month FTC

Allegis Group, the largest privately held staffing and recruitment company is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Administrator to join our fast-paced HR Team.

You will support a wide range of individuals across our UK offices with a wide range of duties from responding to general HR related queries, maintaining payroll information, setting up new starters and ensuring all key HR systems are up-to-date.

What you will be doing:

• Dealing with general HR queries, escalating issues to the HR Advisor or Business Partner as appropriate
• Supporting daily upkeep of core systems including inputting new employee information, leavers and associated actions of all changes, promotions or transfers
• Producing weekly, monthly and other ad-hoc reports for senior leaders
• Initiating new starter check-lists including issuing employment contracts and offer letters
• Producing standard correspondence on behalf of the Allegis Group eg references
• Maintaining employee files
• Assist HR Advisor and Business Partners with ad-hoc requests

What we are looking for:

• Genuine interest of working within HR
• Previous experience of working within a HR environment would be preferable but not essential
• Able to manage large workloads with the ability to prioritize and organize
• High attention to detail and accuracy
