We are working with a creative organisation who is a leader in their distribution market based, with their HQ based in Abingdon. They are looking for a confident individual to join their Sales Administration team on a ongoing temporary basis working full time hours Monday to Friday.
You will be a key part of the operations team providing excellent administration and customer service support to the sales and account management team. You will be responsible for Order Processing and responsible for maintaining the ordering system, Updating the database to ensure all customer information is accurate, liaise with internal departments; for example - the warehouse to ensure all stock allocation levels are updated and correct, Finance to resolving customer invoice queries. You will be responsible daily for all customer queries and complaints coming into the department via email and telephone, administering customer returns and arranging collections. You will also provide reception support including meeting and greeting visitors, couriers and post distribution daily.
If you have excellent Microsoft Office skills in particular working knowledge of Excel with experience working within a customer service or administration environment, then this is the ideal opportunity for you.
The organisation offer an hourly wage of £8, early finish and dress down Friday, Free parking and social events.
