Marketing & Partnership Manager

Brook Street is currently working on behalf of our Global IT Client to recruit a Global Ops Team Member Marketing & Partnerships Manager. This is a contract role based in Reading for 18 months.

As a Brook Street contractor you will be entitled to 25 days holiday per annum, 8 days paid Bank Holidays pro rota, discounted gym membership, use of the onsite health facility, access to online learning and training, free parking and an excellent subsidised restaurant.

Salary: Up to £36,300 per annum, based on experience, plus benefits

Job Description
The Global Ops Team, in Gaming, has the objective of supporting key gaming business priorities within our entire gaming ecosystem, across hardware, products, games and subscription services. Objectives include market share, revenue, profitability goals across Platform and 1st Party Gaming titles. The Global Optimisation Team Marketing Manager's role will be to actively lead several 1st Party Titles Campaigns Go-To-Market Plans, leading day-to-day planning and marketing execution tasks related to the gaming Marketing Communications Team and to support executing Brand Partnership activations across the EMEA region, covering multiple markets across multiple categories.

This will involve helping to provide Marcom Strategy clarity and at the same time, being the voice of priority Global markets back into our Central WDG Marketing Team based in the US.

Responsibilities
A typical day in this role can include:
" Work with internal Product & Marketing Teams, and with external Agency partners, to land key media campaigns across participating markets.
" Become the key centre of gravity across Campaign documents representing Global Marcom IMC's to convey these key strategies and assets.
" Leading regular Global-wide email Communications Updates regarding these key Campaigns
" Running regular Global-wide Calls out to all markets.
" Creating and presenting Decks which cover Marcom Strategies and Plans across all lines of company business.
" Campaign Support for Platform & Games
" Work with key stakeholders on specific platform and games campaigns
" Participate in planning meetings, contribute with ideas and share thoughts on plans being discussed.
" Represent the Brand in all Partner Meetings.
" Working on outreach programmes to bring more potential Partners into the fold to kick off conversations with a view to create long term relationships.
" Managing Agency Resource across both disciplines to get creative work made and implemented.

Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
" Gaming knowledge and passion
" Organisational skills
" Excellent presenting and communication skills through PPT decks and emails

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
" Pulling together comprehensive Marcom GTM Decks and Email updates, from multiple sources and channel owners, mostly in the US. Making sense of all owned channel plans and assets, particularly around Video, Social, CRM, and Web.
" Ability to update internal Team Members in meetings, with the status across key 1P Campaign Launches, plus ability to present clearly and confidently on calls with 40 to 50 stakeholders representing multiple markets around the world.
" Knowledge and experience of managing an ATL Creative Agency and 5 years (preferred) experience of with a media agency to land precise assets in the most effective way to fulfil UK media plans, and to work with media agencies in top 5 markets around the world to fulfil social media plans.
