Field Service Engineer - trained on loss prevention
Looking for an experienced IT/EPOS or CCTV, Access Control type Field Service Engineer to train to support my clients Loss Prevention system installed in Retailers.
The systems communicate with the point of sale to deactivate security tags, you need a good understanding of Windows, PC hardware etc. The alarm side of the system works on RF, most faults are data cabling termination or modular repair on failed electronics.
This role is to join the expanding permanent Field Service Team covering mainly to the South Wales/Bristol area. Ideally applicants should live around Cardiff, Newport, Bristol etc.
You will be provided with a company car, phone, tools etc.
Salary will be GBP25 - GBP27000 depending on experience.
Training on this clients systems is provided for suitably skilled Field Engineers.
Standard hours are Mon - Friday 08:15-17:30 (door to door) with overtime paid outside of this.
On average Engineers earn an extra GBP2K in O/T per annum.
