Supplying some of the major supermarkets in the UK as well as independent retailers, wholesalers, food service, caterers and food manufacturing sectors standards are consistently very high, and a strong management team ensure these standards are maintained at all times.
The Job:
We have a fantastic HR Advisor position available here in Lancashire.
Within a fast-paced farming, production and transport environment, we are looking for a multi-skilled and experienced HR Advisor to join the HR Manager, supporting 500 plus employees.
This role would suit a multi faceted HR Generalist, who has excellent proven ER and case management experience and enjoys HR administration as the role is based within a small team. You should be professional, highly motivated, enthusiastic, have excellent people skills and be very much a team player.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
• All HR Generalist duties
• HR administration
• Supporting managers with ER/case management, absence and performance management
• Disciplinaries/Grievances
• Recruitment
• Detailed HR & Payroll analysis
• Keeping up to date with any changes and updates to employment law
• Providing cover in HR Managers absence
The ideal applicant will possess:
• CIPD Level 5 qualified (or working towards this)
• Generalist HR experience
• Excellent ER knowledge and practices
• Valid Driving Licence
