- Regularly providing casework support and supervision to Mentors.
- Delivering resettlement courses on a rolling basis.
- Engaging in one to one meetings with clients following courses to discuss elements of the course, track progression and agree follow on action.

And what you will need:
- A demonstrable understanding of issues facing individuals with multiple and complex needs whilst in prison and on release and a capacity to develop constructive relationships with ex-offenders.
- An awareness of options for supporting the client group in areas like welfare and housing rights, anti-social behaviour, education, training and employment and finance, benefits and debt.
- Familiarity with safeguarding practices and policies and the ability to promote safeguarding among clients and colleagues alike.
- The organisational skills to manage your own time and workload, adaptability to change and a willingness to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team, both in a prison environment and in the community.
- A flexible approach, a flair for developing positive working relationships with other staff, volunteers, managers and partners and the ability to resolve any conflicts professionally.
- Strong IT skills, including proficiency using Word, Excel and Outlook in a similar work environment and the ability to work with case databases on a day-to-day basis.
In return you can expect a competitive salary and generous leave allowance, staff pension scheme, flexible working, a mentoring programme, an advice & counseling service, season ticket loan and much more.
