Lettings Administrator / Property Manager - Maida Vale, W9
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Administrator / Property Manager to join our Client based in Maida Vale, W9.
A self-motivated and diligent Lettings Admin / Property Manager is currently required by a successful private property company in West London
This position would suit an individual who enjoys problem-solving, negotiating, and dealing with relevant parties on maintenance issues.
The Lettings Admin / Property Manager will be expected to take responsibility for duties including:
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
* The maintenance of properties
* Liaising with contractors
* Ensuring adherence to Health & Safety regulations at their residential properties which are located across West London.
* Holding deposits
* On-line references / Passport
* Registering applicants
* Right to Rent
* EPC's and Gas safety
* Expert Agent software
* Maintenance / repairs
* Inspections
The Successful Applicant will need to possess the following skills:
* Experience of Residential Property Management is essential.
* Previous experience of managing residential properties in west London will be an advantage.
* Good, current knowledge of Health & Safety regulations is essential
* Excellent negotiation skills
* A good network of property maintenance-related contacts
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Full driving licence would be beneficial
A genuine interest in property as well as the ability to demonstrate a proactive attitude is necessary for success in this position.
The hours will be:
Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Salary range will be:
between GBP19,000pa to GBP22,000pa
