The brief for designing and building the new care home bedrooms was simple; to create the finest care home, on par with the most luxurious 5* plus hotels. THE ROLE: The role of the Care Home Manager is an important role within the Home. You will be supported by a committed administration team to ensure you can focus your efforts on enhancing the quality of care for the residents.
This role is open to both experienced care home managers and also deputy managers, senior carers who are looking to progress or take on their first managerial role. There will be training and support for any areas of the role you may be less experienced in.
This is a rare and unique opportunity to join a very committed team in a luxury setting.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the Care Home Manager role may be an experienced Care Home Manager or a deputy/senior carer looking for an opportunity to take on a managerial role. Above all you will be dedicated and passionate about the care of the residents and your focus will be on them.
Applications are welcomed from managers as well as aspiring deputy managers/team leaders. Experience in all areas is not essential as full training and support will be provided.
You will have a minimum of a level 3 in health and social care
Key experience essential for the Care Home Manager role:
• Live with commutable distance of Doncaster
• Level 3 in health and social care
