Job: Full Time (37 hours)
Location: Blackpool, with the ability to travel across the Fylde Coast and Preston
Salary: Attractive - Commensurate with experience.
CLEVR Money has been established for 10 years as a successful Credit Union covering the Fylde Coast and Preston areas.
ROLE: Operations Manager-Credit Union- Blackpool, with the ability to travel across the Fylde Coast and Preston
We are actively seeking an experienced professional to join our small team in bringing the benefits of Credit Union membership to more people in our community, whilst at the same time tackling financial exclusion.
The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in the following:
• Leadership and motivation of a lending and collections team
• Building a successful loan portfolio
• Collection and recovery of sums due to the Credit Union
• Delivery of strategic objectives and key targets
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with external partners at a senior level
As well as the above, the ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience within the personal lending sector.
