Suiko are looking for a team player to join our small friendly back office team located in Batheaston.  We are a dynamic consultancy company working with blue chip clients across the UK on lean and operational excellence transformation projects. 

This flexible role has both financial and administrative elements, including: expense and time sheet processing, raising invoices, customer queries, travel booking and other ad-hoc tasks for the sales and operational teams.

The right candidate will be a great communicator, a team player, self-motivated, detail focused, with good time management skills and an ability to work on their own initiative.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Worked in a professional office environment, ideally within a finance or customer services team
  • Great IT skills - with a good knowledge of excel
  • A willingness to work in a small team adapting to the day to day demands of the business
  • A good standard of education, ideally with some level of basic IT or finance qualification

This is a full time role of 37.5 hours a week, 9-5 hours, £21K per annum plus benefits
