AMAZING OPPORTUNITY FOR A EXPERIENCED MANAGER TO TAKE ON A ROLE WITH AN INDUSTRY LEADING COMPANY IN RETAIL / HOSPITALITY SECTOR.

My Client is one of the Worlds leading high street hospitality brands, with very successful sites across the globe. Although they have a global presence my client still ensures that there is an independent style service at all times. Due to continued growth within the Oxfordshire area, they now have an opportunity for a STORE MANAGER to join the team in their small but very fast paced, unit in the beautiful Bicester area.
YOU MUST have previously run a fast-paced, food led retail or hospitality unit at Management level. We will consider an existing Assistant Manager for this position as long as you have proven experience on supporting in the management of a fast paced retail / hospitality operation as well as managing teams of 5+.
You should also have a real understanding of how to motivate your team to produce the highest levels of customer service, backed by strong operational skills within an environment where the customer journey is priority at all times.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE -
• Managing a large turnover site.
• Managing teams of 10+ within a fast paced environment.
• Managing a site with a high degree of footfall where focus on providing a first class customer service is priority.
• Have an good understanding of a P&L account and how to drive KPI's.
• Making commercially sound decisions that drive business performance.
You must be a customer focused manager with real experience of getting the best from your teams.
