One of the largest canning plants in Europe and the Middle East are seeking to appoint an Electrical Coordinator, based at their factory in Carlisle and are offering a competitive salary to the right candidate.
The Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven, experienced professional to join a team committed to driving the manufacturing processes forward.
The key responsibilities will be to:
Co-ordinate a team of electricians to provide electrical support for the manufacturing departments. Compliance with planned maintenance schedules. Analysis of performance data to identify potential improvement opportunities and optimisation of the use of process capability to build reliability into production processes, will be key outputs of this role.
The successful candidate will be an integral part of the Process Team, reporting to the Process Manager.
The Candidate:
The successful candidate should possess a safety-first mindset, an enthusiastic and highly motivated approach, a strong electrical background, good communication skills, a willingness to work flexibly, well-developed problem-solving skills, an understanding of continuous improvement methodologies and the ability to work under pressure.
