37 hours per week, All Year Round

The Trust has recently implemented a HR & Payroll Shared Services function, providing central support to all of its academies. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic HR Manager to join the new function at its offices in Calverton.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient delivery of a range of personnel administration, information and advisory services to staff across all academies in the Redhill Academy Trust, ensuring compliance with legislation and good practice.
