Working with like-minded agronomists and the Velcourt farm management team, the role carries accountability for managing and developing a client portfolio from an existing base. Success is judged by customer satisfaction, revenue growth and the broader value that your input delivers to the team.

A track record of delivering agronomy advice in either the independent or commercial sector and the ability/desire to work with professional and progressive farming clients, and colleagues, is a prerequisite.

The remuneration package is attractive and competitive and will reflect the experience that you bring to the business. It is underwritten by an existing client portfolio that has significant growth potential. Relocation to Dorset will be considered.
