This leading edge Property organisation with offices around the UK are again in the market, this time for a Regional Manager. This is a home based role but you must be able to easily get to Birmingham and the surrounding areas.

What you will be doing as a Regional Manager
You will be responsible for the following:
* Provide strategic direction for the area
* Leading a team of Property Managers who deliver high levels of service
* Working with existing clients around delivery
* Manage, mentor and recruit new members of staff
* Attend meetings with new clients
* Work with your peer group around continuous improvement
Your background
* You will have strong management experience
* Experience as a Regional Manager in multi-site role from either Property, Hotels or Facilities Management
* Excellent communication skills
