Client Matter Coordinator sought for highly-regarded, multi-accredited practice in Maidstone, Kent on a 12-month part-time contract.

Overall, building and maintaining client relationships is a founding principle of this well-established firm. Owing to continued success, our client is now seeking a Locum Client Matter Coordinator to join their team in Maidstone.

The Role
An interesting opportunity has arisen for a part-time Locum Client Matter Coordinator to join a busy team in Maidstone, Kent on a 12-month contract. The team maintain a focus on client and matter creation and any case administration that goes alongside this, the successful candidate will need awareness of Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and GDPR in order to carry out AML and conflict checks. In addition to the aforementioned, duties of this position will include: escalating AML issues; assessing databases; maintaining a CRM database; use of a bespoke IT system; maintaining due diligence and; issuing client care letters. The Candidate
You will have a minimum of higher education qualifications and be seeking employment on a part-time, locum basis (Tuesday - Thursday for 12 months);
Possess excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, it would be desirable to have experience using bespoke legal IT;
Experience in client due diligence is essential;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex procedures in a clear manner;
Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload;
Strong analytical skills.
