WINCHESTER COLLEGE - Domestic Services Supervisor

Winchester College requires a Supervisor to oversee domestic services in the Boarding Houses, taking charge of the domestic staff, and ensuring that all expectations are met, especially the maintenance of high cleaning standards.

The successful candidate will have the ability to manage a team so that outstanding results are achieved and exemplary standards of cleaning provided at all times.

Applicants should have proven leadership skills as well as recent experience of working in a multi-site environment, supervising the work of teams of cleaning staff, including the preparation and delivery of appropriate training and analysis of staffing levels.

A hands-on' practical approach coupled with excellent oral and good written communication skills will be essential.
