My client is now recruiting for a Key Account Customer Administrator. You will be required to support the order processing functions for their key client with main tasks including dealing with customer enquiries, order generating, charges in preparation for invoicing and day to day administration duties. Developing strong relationships with the customer this person should be highly organised, able to work alone or as part of a team, computer literate, numeric, adaptable and a good communicator. You will need to be able to ensure that all orders and warehouse movements are dealt with in a timely manner in line with the customer expectations. The role is full time permanent and the hours of work are 8.30 - 5.00.
Key Responsibilities:
* Upload orders using the warehouse system
* Update all charges and any additions to orders
* Monitor stock control and communicate any issues as timely as possible
* Liaise with Warehouse Supervisors and operatives as to daily duties as orders are received and processed.
* Build relationships with customers and try and maximise on the service they offer.
* Ensure all orders are processed on time and if not that this is communicated as quickly as possible with a solution.
* Raise all customer concerns or internal customer issues with Line manager
* To ensure all accounts are updated and ready for invoicing
* To answer the phones quickly and effectively
* Communicate well with the line manager, the rest of team and the wider business
* Fulfill any other administrative tasks as required.
* Assist with any order queries/requests.
* Process on line ordering

You will need transport for this position and be happy to work 90% of your time from a Porta Cabin
