Job Title: HR Administrator
Location: Sudbury, Suffolk
Hours: Part time - 30 hours a week
Salary: GBP18,000 - GBP20,000 (pro-rata) + competitive benefits package.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced and professional person to provide part-time HR administrative support for a Consultancy.
Duties will include:
•Managing all recruitment
•Managing the annual leave system
•Updating our project management software with HR information
•Record payroll variances and feed back to Finance Manager
•Create HR reports for management team
•Managing the company perk schemes
•Monitoring probation periods and assisting with disciplinaries, performance improvement plans and HR letters
•Updating the Employee Handbook
•Managing training needs
•Assist Practice Manager with projects and development work as required
Essential Skills:
•HR Experience
•5 years within an Administration role
•Good IT Skills and use of Databases
•Ability to multitask and prioritise
