As a direct result of continued growth, we now have an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team in our beautiful offices located on the Bucks/Herts and Beds border.

As a Recruitment Administrator/Resourcer, you will become an integral cog in our growing recruitment offering, providing administrative support to our committed recruitment team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and an ideal platform from which to launch your career in the world of recruitment, learning from an experienced team and supporting clients across a variety of market sectors. Given the variety of the role, you must be an excellent communicator, be able to manage priorities and multi task effectively, so previous office experience would be an advantage.

What will I be doing?

The successful person will support hr inspire's recruitment activities which will include:

- Identifying, attracting and shortlisting candidates aligned to client requirements
- Creation of compelling job adverts that stand out from the crowd and drive applications
- Monitoring responses/applications received and ensuring these are processed efficiently
- Proactively and consistently striving to identify new opportunities and improved ways of working
- Provide first line support for all recruitment related candidate enquiries
- To maintain an accurate, up-to-date database in accordance with GDPR requirements
- To collate and send activity reports on a weekly basis

- Someone with a desire to enter the world of recruitment, with a passion for people!
- A confident and persuasive communicator with a customer-centric approach
- A tenacious and resilient individual who is driven to achieve set objectives
- Exceptional questioning and listening skills with the ability to build trust and relationships quickly
- A good level of English, both written and verbal - communication is key!
- Solid I.T skills as we use several packages, including Microsoft, CRM and marketing software
- Due to our picturesque location in the Chiltern Hills, you will also need a driving license to reach us

And in an ideal world?

- You will have worked in an office environment, maybe a telesales, business admin, customer service type role and now be looking to develop a future career.

How will we tempt you?

This is a full-time position offering a starting salary of up to GBP18,000 per annum, dependent on experience. You will also be entitled to an annual company bonus of up to 3%, 21 days holiday, an extra day off to celebrate your birthday, a pension, healthcare plan (following a qualifying period) and discount vouchers for selected high street retailers.

As this is an entry level opportunity, you will receive on-going, hands-on support with the opportunity to achieve formal, industry recognised accreditation.
