Due to our rapid growth currently have an exciting opportunity for 4 x new OFFICE ADMINISTRATORS to join our ever growing compliance division. Reporting to the Divisional Manager, you will be a motivated and career focused person who is looking for an open-ended opportunity to progress into a managerial role. Based in our Leicester branch LE1

* OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR - COMPLIANCE DIVISION
* SALARY GBP18,000 - GBP19,000 Plus bonus's !
* HOURS 09.00 - 17.30 MON - FRI (OT/SATURDAYS AVAILABLE)
* 28 DAYS PAID HOLIDAY

Key Duties:

* Obtaining a full 5 year reference history for all applicants to comply with CAA standards (full training will be given)
* Applying for criminal record checks both UK and overseas when applicable
* Calling candidates to keep them updated on the progress of their application
* Coordinating and arranging training for candidates with outside suppliers
* Liaising with companies by telephone and email updating them on candidates progress
* Keeping the compliance manager updated on progress on a daily basis

Skills required:

* Ideally you will have some office experience
* Basic computer skills required
* Able to multi task in a fast paced industry
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong work ethic and determined to achieve set targets
* Attention to detail

* A strong and tenacious personality and the ability to thrive in a targeted environment.
* You must be a real 'people person' and enjoy communicating with your candidates & clients both over the telephone and face-to-face
* Excellent time management with effective verbal and written communication skills
* Superb administration and record keeping skills
* Experience as a compliance coordinator would be desirable
* A working knowledge and experience within the Aviation industry and CAA regulations would be advantageous
* A reliable team player
